Jeffrey McClure Chef in Residence Dinner

Please join us for for a health-inspired gourmet dinner with Executive Chef and Director of Culinary Services for the Sodexo Education Market Jeffrey McClure at 6 p.m. Tuesday, October 29, 2013 in the Hampton Winds Restaurant at Northampton Community College.

Chef McClure has spent more than 15 years in university dining with Sodexo. McClure is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and spent nearly a decade as a chef in New York’s prestigious restaurant scene before being named executive chef with the Wood Company at Randolph Macon Women’s College in 1995. During his tenure there, he earned the title of Chef of the Year and the college was consistently rated in the top five for best culinary in the Princeton Review. McClure was then promoted to Regional Chef for Mid-Atlantic States, and became responsible for increasing organic growth by implementing new initiatives and providing training and support to front line associates in all culinary programs.

McClure is a member of the American Culinary Federation and has also visited Singapore through his participation in Sodexo’s Global Chef program. Since 2010, he has served as a judge at the National Restaurant Association World Culinary Showcase and since 2011 has served on the panel for the Food and Beverage Product Innovation (FABI) Awards. As National Executive Chef for the Education market at Sodexo, McClure works with the Director of Product Development to create healthy options for their national menu.
